This is a private service, only you will be in the vehicle. The company will contact you on your phone, coordinate the meeting point with you, follow up on the status of your flight (in case it is delayed) and will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
This service is paid in full directly to the driver in cash. You can pay in pesos or dollars.
